With 30+ years of combined experience in the legal support industry, our management team is educated and "battle-tested" in the requirements of today's law firms throughout the discovery and trial phases of litigation. We realize that our clients needs can vary from day to day and that requires a flexible company with a multitude of resources to draw from. At Valley Document Solutions, we believe that honesty and communication with our clients is crucial to a successful working relationship. That is why we will never "over promise and under deliver".

History

Valley Document Solutions opened it's doors in 1999 with hopes of offering the Central San Joaquin Valley a high-end, but competitively priced, litigation support solution similar to those found in larger markets such as Los Angeles and San Francisco. We are excited to be celebrating 10 years of proven reliability and proud to be the benchmark for service in the Greater Fresno Area. With our "on call" commitment to our clients and continued dedication to using strict quality control procedures coupled with superior equipment & software, we have consistently expanded our client base while continuing to keep our prices low.

Our Team

Our current management team has been in place since 2002 and has over 30 years of combined experience in the litigation support industry. This stability has allowed us to form a tight knit team that doesn't crack under the pressure of difficult deadlines or "out of the ordinary" project requirements. With the addition of a production staff that's been together since 2007, Valley Document Solutions can continue to provide reliable and timely service with an absolute commitment to quality.

Our Equipment

Equipment, whether it be hardware or software, is an integral part of providing high-end litigation support services. In order to keep up with the ever growing volume of digital and/or paper files, we have committed significant financial resources to keep our production department state of the art. Our high-volume Canon multi-function devices can scan/print thousands of pages per day. Coupled with our Dell-based computer network, and IPRO litigation support software, VDS can process ESI (Electronically Stored Information) or paper documents at a level unmatched in the Central San Joaquin Valley. With the the addition of our full color wide-format Contex scanner and HP printer, all of our trial exhibit blowups and courtroom displays are handled in-house which cuts costs and turnaround times significantly.
